What are Tax Lien Certificates?
Tax Liens are safe, secure investments sold by counties in over 25 states. They pay anywhere from 10% to 25% interest and your investment is guaranteed by local governments. If you live in a state that does not sell tax liens, they can be purchased through the mail from other states. At last, you can be free of worries about the stock market going up or down. It is virtually recession proof. Tax Liens are the highest priority and supersede mortgages and even most IRS liens. This was a good short overview of the topic. I did like the fact that there was not a lot of fluff like that given in other similar guides. We don't always want to see pages of wasted story telling. Thanks for keeping it short and to the point. I was able to read the entire book in one evening. The price is very fair as well for an e-book. I was able to find accuracy in your examples and get my state information (AZ). I would have liked to see a bit more details around the scenarios where There were complications. That would be good input as a new investor would be better prepared.Product details
